However, since you won’t always be logged in to collect the rewards, it makes most sense to just do the quick activities when you are in the game and then set your characters do the longer ones while you are not logged in – this way, you maximize your magic gains and you will immediately have everything you need to build/buy everything in the game and have an amazing kingdom! All activities require more or less time, and ideally you should do the shortest activities possible in order to get the biggest reward (a 60 second activity will give you 5 magic, while you only get 100-something from a 4 hour activity). Time management is one of the most important things in Disney Magic Kingdoms. Generally, by simply playing the game and optimizing your play time, you will get them all! Tapping on each of them will show you what you have to do in order to unlock them – or what you need to upgrade them if you have already unlocked them.
That way, Im not spending magic every 4 hours and even if the magic spend is high, in the time they take to level up I try to make up what I spent.
The way Im doing it now is to only level 16hr+ characters. We’ll have a complete guide on this soon, but until then, tap the Characters icon in the lower right corner of the screen and simply browse through all the characters that you see listed there. Im trying to welcome Baloo and grinding for 300,000 magic but Im still leveling up all I can for gems.
